Contact the company and had quick response and tested system and found that was not working. Gave me a great option for updating and changing out my furnace, and improving the airflow and changing out ductwork.

Per usual, Ric and his team responded to my call for help as quickly as possible. Just under 5 years ago when it got cold (or at least SoCal's version of it), our last big problem required a full replacement of our 39-year-old pitiful furnace. { Ric had in fact given that geriatric beast some love the previous winter to allow it to limp along for one more year, and did so at no charge! . . . Who does that anymore?! That gift of a year allowed me time to save and plan for the new HVAC system that I knew we needed anyway! } This time I needed his services again for a warranty repair of the Bosch heat pump system he installed, probably caused by recurring unadvertised power hits (Thanks again, SoCal Edison!). Ric's very professional guy, Angel, was here in a little over an hour, had the problem shot in about twenty minutes, and the part on its way from Bosch – on their dime under warranty – to arrive this week. As a technician myself, I could not expect a better response for a custom OEM (not off-the-shelf at a supply store) part . . . Great service, guys! Yet again!
